Donna Davidson

Managing Director

Donna, originally from Worcester, moved to Jersey in 1992 and began working in the Marketing Department of HSBC. After four years, Donna moved into the recruitment field, setting up a permanent placement division for a local recruitment company.

From her experience at the heart of both the finance and recruitment industries, Donna gleaned a much clearer understanding of the specific recruitment needs of the major practitioners within Jersey.

Keen to implement her own ideas on recruiting, Donna founded Recruitment Services Limited late in 1997. The agency has since gone from strength to strength and is now a major player in the local marketplace.

Donna is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
Development (CIPD), Chamber of Commerce and The Whiteley Association (a network organisation for business women).
