- All our consultants are experienced business professionals and are professionally qualified to provide such a service and advise on recruitment matters
- RSL provides a copy of terms and conditions regarding confidentiality and fees. This includes details of a reassuring refund policy for the rare occasions that a placement is not successful.
- CVs are supplied to clients under no obligation and we do not charge a fee for searching for candidates. If you decide to select one of our candidates,
we simply charge a one-off fee as a percentage based on the basic salary that you choose to offer. For fixed term contract staff the perm fee is pro-rata. For
weekly temps paid via RSL payroll system we charge an administration fee that is a % of the candidate's hourly rate and from this we pay employer's social
security contribution.

and Industry. Thus providing an ethical and professional service to both clients (companies recruiting) and candidates (work seekers).
- RSL is licenced by States of Jersey Employment & Social Security Department in accordance with Employment Agencies (Registration)
(Jersey) Law 1969. We also maintain an up to date awareness of the proposed Jersey Employment laws.
