This Job is a Permanent role based in Jersey and requires residential qualifications.

The finance function is wholly self-contained from customer transaction to analysis and ultimately the Statutory Report & Accounts.

Prepare, review and submit annual operating plans and profit estimates in line with internal reporting requirements for the core savings products

Management reporting & planning including support for ALCO eg financial modelling for core decision making, stress testing scenario planning, base rate and currency modelling

Analyse, understand and communicate detailed product level profitability of each sub product within the deposit products portfolio

Skills and experience required:-
Product financial modelling and pricing skills
Understanding of the dynamics of banking products including treasury products
Strong analytical review skills and experience of business case development
Professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA or CA) or qualified by experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in roles in areas such as analysis, planning, pricing, reporting etc)
Excellent knowledge of data manipulation, modelling, planning and statistical forecasting
Excellent spreadsheet (Excel) and modelling skills
