This Job is a Permanent role based in Jersey.

This company has 2 roles they are currently recruiting for, one of which will be managing a portfolio of their expanding number of Latin American clients and therefore fluent Spanish will be essential  (as well as Portuguese preferably).  The responsibilities and necessary experience and qualifications for both roles are as follows:-

You will be required to manage and enhance relationships within your own portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service and effective rist management.  You will also be responsible for identifying cross-selling opportunities in addition to investment products.

Several years banking experience and qualifications in one of the following or similar (or a willingness to work towards one of these qualifications) is required: IAC, FPC or CeFA.  A good team player who shows initiative, assertiveness and an ability to deal with complex client instructions and contact via phone, fax, letter and email.  A sound knowledge of equity and bond markets, unit trusts and other personal investment services is also essential.
